Minotaur Bloodlines: MANI

Based on a Dungeons and Dragons character from the private DRAGONWISE campaign.
Eien is a young Minotaur who has grown up with everything he could ever need or want right at his finger tips. His father is a well known and respected officer of the law, the chief of the police force, and soon to be running for mayor. his mother is a social maliciant, using her influence wherever it suits her family and especially her husband. His older brother, a shining example of youth in their community and the star quarterback. They are a studded portait of the perfect family in every way. The only blemish on the canvas seems to be Eien himself.
He is a social outcast in a world where social standing means life and death. With a physical deformity making it even harder for Eien to fit in where he is told daily he has no place; by his brother, his mother, and his father. He is seen as merely an inconvenience to the Mani name itself, a piece of shame for them in their community, an unplanned incident that everyone tries to ignore. In response, Eien keeps his head down, he follows the best he can his father's rule and keeps his voice silent. This is how he was always meant to live his life... Isn't it?
As he grows old enough to attend the same prestigeous high school as his older brother, Eien is given one command by his father: make no noise. Keep himself hidden from the spotlight, make himself as unnoticable as possible. He is told he has one shot to make himself something under this prestigeous name. This is it, this is his shot to finally show he wasn't a mistake, to prove himself worthy of the name that so many in their community are so loyal to. But is this really what he wants, is this prime seat of power really what Eien wants? Or will he find it in himself to ask a simple question of himself; is there more out there for him than this?
