truth. So when a patient arrives at the emergency
department with unexplained symptoms, he
knows something is wrong long before the tests come
back clean.

Buried inside the hospital's noise, Rand detects a
repeating signal, structured, deliberate. No one else
hears it. No one else believes him. When the
phenomenon begins appearing beyond the ER, Rand
and a small circle of allies launch a rogue investigation
