Ang "Reel or REAL" ay umiikot sa buhay ng dalawang aktor na kilala sa kanilang kahanga-hangang chemistry sa harap ng kamera. Habang paulit-ulit nilang ginagampanan ang mga eksenang puno ng pagmamahalan, unti-unting nabubura ang hangganan sa pagitan ng kathang-isip at realidad-lalo na para sa isa sa kanila. Sa likod ng kamera, may damdaming tahimik na umuusbong, hindi inaasahan at hindi kasama sa iskrip.
Ngunit mas malupit ang totoong buhay kaysa sa mundong ginagalawan nila sa harap ng kamera.
