Lucy Dies during Tartaros in an attempt to save her nakama from Algeria. (She did successfully save them, but after the king was summoned she died from exhaustion).
A couple years later after Tartaros and Alverez, Lucy is given another chance at Life.
Turns out her previous Life as Lucy Heartfilia was from a spell placed upon her as an infant when traveling through realms.
After her death is when Lucy's real life begins. She is the daughter of Elsa and Jack Frost. Her name is Lucy Frost and Eve Frost is her older brother.
During a Mission the Trimen along with Ichiya and Jenny find a blonde infant in a basket with a note. Reading the note they decide to raise the child in the Blue Pegasus Guild where the child's growth is a lot quicker than that of a normal baby.
Upon seeing the blonde infant, Eve bursts into tears as locked away memories flood his mind. He cradles the baby and tells the others that she is his sister and they were both sent to Earthland from the realm of Arendelle.
(Note: Lucy does remember what happened before, but it is up to her if she tells them or not)
