The Moon is a Harsh Witness

Saigahaku Disease; A love disease that only appears when you fall in love with the wrong person. It involves stained glass shards growing in your lungs, slowly tearing at your body. You have only two days to fix the crush before you eventually vomit up all the stained glass, slowly killing you as your blood starts to stain with the favourite colour of the person you fell in love with. It's your mistake.
