At Hanseong Private Academy, rankings are everything.

Scholarships. Internships. Futures.

And Hwang Hyunjin has never once fallen from Rank #1.

Until the transfer student arrives.

Lee Felix is quiet, unreadable - and immediately hated.

He challenges teachers, ignores protocol, and within weeks, begins climbing the rankings at an impossible pace. Test scores that don't make sense. Essays that read like he's already lived the life they're studying for.

Hyunjin files an academic misconduct report against him.

Felix files one back.

Now they're both under investigation by the school's Honor Council - forced into monitored study sessions to "ensure fairness" while their rankings are frozen.

It should've been simple:
prove Felix cheated,
get him expelled,
restore order.

Except Felix doesn't act like someone who's afraid of losing everything.

He acts like someone who already has.

And worse -
he knows things about Hyunjin's academic record that were sealed after his first year. Things that could destroy the perfect reputation Hyunjin bled for.

So Felix makes him a deal:

Help me stay in the top ten...
and I won't tell them how you got to number one.

What starts as blackmail turns into rivalry.
Rivalry turns into obsession.

Late-night study sessions become arguments that end too close. Shared punishments become silent alliances. And every time Hyunjin tries to push him away, Felix finds another secret to drag him back in.

But as anonymous complaints start surfacing -
about grade tampering, stolen exams, bribed faculty -

Hyunjin realizes Felix didn't come to Hanseong to succeed.

He came to take it down.
