Only Us Instead

Orion Hue believes himself to be evil incarnate, due to his parents dying from "mysterious circumstances" which he later attributed to the sudden appearance of magical abilities, and his entire extended family blaming him.

He believes anything and everything he does will lead to death and destruction, essentially losing appreciation for himself and living in fear for what he is capable of.

That is, until he enters college and finds a certain student, a soccer captain to be precise, catching his eye and filling his head with strange fantasies that Orion convinced himself would never happen, until a misunderstanding forces them together, where Orion will realize that the captain is not as perfect as he once thought.

This leads the Captain to be interesting, then heartwarming, and finally he begins to fill his head with strange ideas...that maybe, hypothetically, just as nobody is truly good and as charming as they try to fool everyone to think...then maybe he is capable of feeling something else besides fear and anxiety...hope.

And something Orion learns to fear more than himself.
