Faced with economic desperation that cuts short Severus's wonderful potionistics dreams, he has to resort to less noble methods such as stealing in the forest, unwittingly discovering the marauders' secret and ending up entangled in them.
Sirius Black is three steps away from the psychiatric ward of St. Mungo's, Remus is one sneeze away from something worse than death (The Expulsion), James is giving us cringe and Peter is a gossip boy.
What can come out of the union of these ingredients with the (not so accidental) fire of the forbidden forest?
