A world where everyone has superpowers-but this is anything but a gift. When powers are used under extreme stress or emotional strain, a person can transform into a "Superphyco," a non-intelligent beast that goes on a rampage and cannot be reasoned with. The only cure is death.
The story begins with Crane Farly, whose parents were killed in a Superphyco attack. He joins the police force, which is drastically different in this world, hoping to become a hero and find a cure for Superphycosis.
