Elora Thistle lived in Hawkins since birth till 1982, her style was different then, she wore a pink shirt with her brunette hair styled nicely and of course her boyfriend Steve the hair Harrington, but her dad found an opportunity in Florida for another work project, Elora told Steve that long distance can work, but he said that it will never work and we should move on with the rest of their lives. And the day Elora left Steve moved on a day later with Nancy wheeler. But a better work opportunity was up for grabs in Hawkins again, as soon as Elora started to like Florida she had friends, she surfed and went to fun parties her dad forced her to move and now it's fall of 1984, her Dad was now a scientist in Hawkins lab working side by side with Dr Owen's and helping Joyce Byers son overcome the trauma she faced the year prior.
