ONC 2026 First draft zone

Open Novella Contest of Wattpad is a contest by which folks enter in varied submissions which answer prompts at different intervals. Interval one is a 2000 word entry.
This is where I'll hold all my first iterations of those 2000 word pieces. The official publication forms will be elsewhere as they belong, on my more professional account. Links will be included, hopefully. Tease me if they aren't.
Honestly, this is where I'll write the first form. Then copy over to it's resting ground on the good account. The purpose of this is archival, as the final form will most likely be edited and vastly different than where we begin. This is archival, posterity, if you will.
Each entry is a different piece that approaches a different prompt, potentially multiple prompts.
Yeah it's a "contest" for others, but it's a challenge for me. How much can I do, how much can I start by the end of February 2026?
I have a bad habit of coming up with a story and then writing the idea down and not writing the story, so this is me taking my worst character trait and cranking it up to an eleven out of a possible five.
This is a great space for y'all to comment and tell me which ones of these stories are the best. If a story is truly beloved, I will most likely write more of it. This is a novella challenge, so the final forms of these contest entries will be between twenty to forty thousand in their completion. But only you can bully me into producing a sequel novel.
