Harry narrowed his eyes at hers, hurt hiding in his gaze. "Don't play stupid with me Eden, my ring. Why do you still have it?"

"It's a nice piece, looks well with most of my outfits I suppose."

He slammed his hand down on the desk, the same hand he'd used to slam the contents of his pocket down too.

He was avoiding using his left hand, she'd noticed it. She'd noticed it immediately because the boy with the famous last name wasn't carrying the one thing that made him who he was, his hook.

Her eyes darted down to the bandages wrapped around his lower arm, where she'd sliced him with her dagger.

It must've been deeper than she'd realised.

She toned back into the conversation when the level of his voice heightened.
"Cut the shit. Tell me the truth or I'll torture you in-front of him then I'll kill him."

"Wow that was graphic. But we both know you won't kill your only leverage. That's something your captain would disapprove of. And last time I checked you were still up her ass."

He grabbed her face, pulling her forwards despite the restraints and making her wince.

"Don't play with me Eden. I mean it. You won't get away with it anymore." He snarled.
