Percy Jackson, son of Poseidon, is a funny, nice, caring, and loving friend, as well as Annabeth Chase's boyfriend.
But after Percy (accidentally) makes a wish on his birthday, things, um... go wrong.
And suddenly Percy is a flirty, egotistical punk.
The demigods at Camp better find some sort of antidote to reverse this wish, or Percy's going to be stuck like this forever.
But, demigod's lifespans aren't that long anyway, so it's fine, right?

Hey, thanks for giving this book a chance! It's one of the most cliche books out there, so I'm actually kind of surprised that you found this one. This is a book filled with random headcannons, oneshots and other stuff about the characters in the Percy Jackson series, although it's 98% Percabeth. Please read and enjoy, but be warned; I ship Solangelo (a gay ship), and there's a little bit of swearing later on in the book. Sorry if that puts you off, but that's me! The death of Nico's first and closest friend Jason Grace puts a sudden end to the sunshine that currently brightens Nico's life for once. His death triggers a lot of things for him, and shines light on a lot of his unresolved trauma. Will Nico be able to make it through this without his mental stability completely breaking once and for all? Will Nico be able to let people in enough to help him get through it? And what about the mysterious dreams that Nico keeps having of his mom? And who really is this little girl that knows nothing about her past? In this sequel to Out of the Shadows, Nico sees familiar faces and revisits past places, but at least this time he has Will along for the ride. Okay, so I'd just like to say that this is not well written whatsoever lol. All the grammar is correct, and there's some decent description, but it all feels very rushed if I'm honest. I tried to cram too many ideas in and yeah, it made.. whatever this is. Uh, I have some one-shots on my profile which might be better to read?... If you don't mind a fic being rushed this is probably great for you, lol, but the plot line is very higgledy piggeldy. Um, enjoy? Percy X Apollo Percy Jackson is tired. Of everything. He and Annabeth broke up after the fall into Tartarus, neither being able to look at the other the same way. Sure, they stayed friends, but that doesn't make Percy feel any better about it. Some of the gods are concerned, but Zeus is forbidding them from checking in on him, intent on leaving demigods alone despite all they've done for the Olympians. Apollo, however, is ignoring this order. He cares a little too much about Percy to watch him suffer in silence. But when a new threat arises, how will the Olympians handle it? How will the demigods handle it? This is very all over the place, but I think it turned out well in the end. (This is future me in brackets, btw, it did not turn out well lmao). In this story, Nico is overprotective of Percy (still solangelo though) as a best friend. He's forgiven Percy for the whole ordeal about Bianca and now they're pretty close, both confiding in each other about things they never thought they'd tell a soul. The ships are: Pipabeth - Piper + Annabeth Chrisse - Clarisse + Chris Solangelo - Nico + Will Valgrace (platonic) - Jason + Leo because I despise Caleo sorry lmao Perpollo - Percy + Apollo I do not own any of these characters, all rights are to Rick Riordan other than the storyline/plot.
