Worlds Colliding: Malachi Barton
Hailey LaMontagne, 17, is the twin sister of Henry LaMontagne. She is the daughter of Jennifer Jareau and Detective William LaMontagne Jr. At the age of 13, Hailey discovered her passion for acting. Encouraged by her parents, she enrolled in a Saturday acting school. Just a year later, at 14, she was spotted by a Disney director during one of her performances. After receiving the director's card and discussing the opportunity as a family, her parents agreed to let Hailey pursue acting with Disney. Though she faced several unsuccessful auditions at first, her persistence paid off. At 16, she landed the lead role of Nova, a Daywalker, in Zombies 4: Dawn of the Vampires, starring alongside Malachi Barton, who played Victor, a vampire. In October 2024, Hailey received an email from Jess announcing Disney's upcoming collaboration: the Descendants X Zombies: World's Collide Tour. Scheduled for July through September 2025, the North American tour would feature four members of the Descendants cast-Kylie Cantrall, Malia Baker, Dara Reneé, and Joshua Colley-alongside Hailey's Zombies 4 co-stars Malachi Barton and Mekonnen Knife. The group would perform songs from both franchises, including tracks from Zombies 4, which was set to release just a week before the tour began on July 17, 2025.
