When Elowen Whittaker survives a werewolf bite and instead accidentally kills the werewolf, everything is turned upside down. Not believing in the supernatural she has to adjust to a new reality. Something has changed inside her after being bitten. Elowen's urge to hunt and kill the werewolves is unstoppable, and she doesn't understand why. 
One night it all collides with an alpha, believing she has killed him like the others. She doesn't think more about it, until he comes for her. Elowen is thrown into a chase of finding herself, understanding her past and protecting her heart.
