In a world where gods are worshipped, feared, and quietly doubted, legends still walk among mortals.

Xyra is a thief of the backstreets, living by speed, instinct, and hunger. When she steals a purse from a solitary traveler, she believes fate has finally smiled on her. But the man she robs is no ordinary wanderer. His name is Magnus Coleman, a demon hunter and sorcerer whose name is spoken only in hushed tones, and a man burdened with both immense wealth and an even heavier purpose.

Sensing opportunity, Xyra follows him, expecting danger but not destiny.

Magnus is searching for the Lazufeer talismans, relics older than kingdoms and feared even by the faithful. Forged in an age when the gods still walked the world, these artifacts are said to hold power that can rival the divine. Yet their purpose is not salvation. They were created for only two ends. One can return the dead to life. The other can unmake all that exists.

As their journey carries them across cursed lands, ruined cities, and battlefields haunted by monsters and ancient sins, they are hunted by cultists, warlords, and forces that do not belong to this world. With every step, the line between myth and reality begins to fade, and Xyra learns that some treasures cost far more than gold.
