Even if it destroys us
Jeon Jungkook the only son of late president jeon jae hyun. The cold, untouchable CEO of the jeon corporation, one of the largest companies in the world.
Calm. Ruthless. Distant.
A man who never let's anyone get close.
Until him.
Kim taehyung-his bodyguard.
Careless, loud, infuriatingly bright. A mess of laughter and chaos that doesn't belong in jungkook's perfectly controlled world...
Yet somehow becomes the only thing keeping him sane.
What starts as irritation slowly turns into something far more dangerous.
Obsession.
Taehyung becomes the air jungkook breathes.
A need. A weakness. A ruin he willingly embraces.
But love was never meant to be soft.
"Don't leave me, taehyung... please,"
Jungkook begs, his voice breaking for the first time.
"I forgive you. Whatever you did... I don't care about revenge. We can forget everything, I don't want any revenge I just want you-just stay with me... Please."
And Taehyung smiles.
Cold. Distant. Unrecognisable.
"Now I understand why your mother hated you...why she said those things about you."
"Tae, don't..." jungkook cuts him off, panic creeping into his voice. "please... not you."
"I hate you, jungkook, I hate you so much."
And for a moment, everything inside jungkook dies.
But he doesn't break.
He steps forward.. Pulls taehyung into his arms one last time, holding him like something already lost.
"Take care."
Just two words, nothing else, no complain, no scream.
And then he leaves-
Leaving taehyung alone... Confused.
