Terraria: Starting from Hardmode

Once, there was a great hero from another world in the world of Terraria. He defeated the evils of the world, freed people from the grasp of the cultists, and freeing the souls of light and darkness.

But with the freedom of the souls, the world was infected by horrible monsters, and plenty of rainbows. So the hero went into the Jungle to see the changes and was quickly and efficiently dispatched by a giant tortoise.

Without their hero, the people of Terraria were forced to adapt to the horrible changes in their world. And as they did, a deep hatred festered. For the 'great hero' had unleashed great evils on the world, then left the people all alone.

So, fifteen years later when another child was born and they talked about coming from another world, they we're quickly beaten and kill.

It became a tradition; every fifteen years they would search for the new reincarnator. Every previous year they found them, but one year, the reincarnator went missing.
