They are supported by "The Mire," a hidden underworld of Witches, black-market alchemists dealing in neurotoxins and Werewolves, genetically enhanced enforcers who hunt anyone who sees too much.

​As Elias discovers the horrifying truth that the elite are harvesting the DNA of children to steal his "Static" powers for themselves, he must make a choice: succumb to the permanent silence of his madness, or tear back the veil and burn the architecture of the monsters to the ground.

​Armed with a potent neurotoxin and a vision that is slowly tearing his mind apart, Elias is the only thing standing between the city and a future it can't escape.
