The Karaveke people of the Vekari Desert in Cria live a nomadic life, though the clans that hold one of the five Oases will return a few times a year. But what happens when the spirit that guards the Oasis at Kerenza comes under attack?
This story comes from a world I've been developing for a very long time, albeit a different corner of it. The world and languages are very different from our own, as are the cultures, so I did try to explain everything as well as I could, but I have SO MUCH in the back of my head, so we'll see how much of it actually gets explained without me being asked. But I saw this prompt for the ONC and immediately thought of the Karaveke, so here we go!
