Everything was perfectly normal. The sun, the stars at night, everything. Yep. Just plain ol' boring. And it was good. Until one day everything changed. A huge asteroid came crashing down into Earth in North Africa with such a force to push Earth's orbit closer to the sun causing ice caps to melt and the temperature to rise. But mother nature and the galaxy was apparently not enough. Just when things start to look better, they all come crashing down when a new, unknown disease comes in. And this is no normal disease, it is man made. Designed by man, for man, and to kill man.
Mark, Max, and Jay eventually meet under extreme circumstances and join together to face the unknown. Despite never knowing anything about each other, they soon gain trust and would die for one another. Will they survive? Will anyone survive? Bastien Water's name gets called out during the Choosing and he has to try to survive on Earth. While his family grieves thinking that Bastien won't survive but he's out to prove them wrong. Bastien meets new people, makes some friends and make some enemies. Bastien has to face many challenges to survive on Earth. Will he be able to do it?
