Sixteen years ago, the certain Mr. Rocco, was reincarnated into another world as the son of a noble, attending the kingdom's naval academy with aspirations to become his family's next big admiral for the distant sea-side nation of Nassia.

After graduating the academy and joining the navy, he finally fulfills his plan to construct warships from his world, earlier into his career; it was ironclads, then pre dreadnaughts, then full fledged dreadnaughts.

Nassia had never been seen as a real threat. But with Admiral Rocco leading fleets of warships no one else in the world could match, the great empires were finally forced to pay attention.
