Monster 0 or M00 is the first deathclaw to be created by using 001's human DNA and a few different creatures Monster 0 is born, he was made to help fight the commies by sneaking into their base and destroying it from the inside after all who would expect a kid to kill thousands, monster 0 takes the name Xavier after escaping a mission to invade a commie base in California.
