Sunlight Across the Borders

Raised in North Korea as a living doll-beautiful, obedient, stripped of rights-he became the regime's secret "sunlight": calming children, soothing tempers, enduring whatever kept him useful. When his childhood friends escaped, suspicion turned to torment.

Two years later, he flees: through hidden tunnels, across freezing waters, over the border in a final, breathless run.

In Seoul, he finds more than safety. He finds Stray Kids. A family that feeds him, hugs him without asking why he flinches, teaches him he can say "no."

But freedom is new. And old shadows linger.
When the past knocks on their dorm door, Felix must decide: hide the box under his bed forever... or let the sunlight in.
