Love heals torment

I made these characters for a writing contest at school, starting with Shadow the main character, he's usually charismatic but he's anorexic, sensitive, and violent, he has trust issues but he needs help from his partner. Moving on! Nexus, the secondary main character. He's kind, sympathetic, sweet, attentive, and can be incredibly sassy when he wishes to be. This story takes place in the past before my competitive writing. The setting of this story is, The Midnight Castle partners chamber and The Midnight Castle infirmary. "The main characters have been introduced but what about the others!?" You may be crying out at me.. well there is my little boynonexistent Rupert the bug. He follows them around on the walls keep that in mind, for in every story they will appear somewhere other than if I'm allowed to publish the story from the contest because he was not written there sadly. But I know this should be a prologue and the rest of the book will not be in this format.. well, I do not care fellas anything to get my word count up to three thousand manuscript.
