My name is Parker Barnes. My brother is James Barnes. When they froze me it was 1942, now they tell me it's 2014. I was apart of Hydra until they tried to freeze me again. I escaped with my best friend Zoe Raven. SHIELD wants us to work for them, to catch my brother, the winter soldier.

Bucky says as he slowly makes his way over to me as if I'm a wild animal and the slightest movement will scare me. "We? Who's we?" I ask him and he lightly takes my gloved hands in his. "Me. Steve. Even... Natasha." He says and I frown my brows as well with the two fellas behind him. "Natasha?" I ask him, he smiles slightly and shakes his head. "Sorry, Natalie. But she changed her. Natasha Romanoff." He explains but before I can say anything he says "You remember her right?" Rebecca "Becky" Barnes is the younger sister of James "Bucky" Barnes. When their parents died, she and her brother got separated, and Becky was sent off to boarding school. Or at least that's what Bucky thought happened to her. One day, 6 months after the events of The Falcon And The Winter Soldier, Rebecca assassinates a U.S Senator under the control of HYDRA; which was thought to be destroyed during the events of Captain America: The Winter Soldier, and causes immense havoc in society.
