Loving You Instead

It was always one girl that the entire agency had been looking for. A girl so famous, so illustrious, and dangerous that any FBI agent or governmental agent would know. The list of her crimes were as extensive as a terms and conditions agreement. So, for the last five years, Charley has been assigned to capture her. He was the most promising agent the government had ever known, he was supposed to be her downfall.
But years passed, and every time he thought he had her, she slipped from his fingers.
