The city was created to acknowledge the brightest amongst the rest of the world. It was for those who carry themselves upon a form of art. For those who have enough creativity to dream big and have enough persistence to turn those dreams into a reality. The civilians of the great city are meant to change the world and its people as time goes on and technology advances. The city is for those with a natural aptitude or skill to impact their world, for the talented.
But there is a flaw. This seems like the perfect city to effect the world into becoming perfect. There is only one issue; perfection does not exist.

"If you love me, you won't leave me." Jessie has believed those words from her boyfriend, Josh, since senior year of high school. She loves him and doesn't want to leave him. People say that everyone is born with talent, a skill, an ability. some the talent of voice, sweet and melodic, others the ability to create sonic screams. In rare occasions someone may have many abilities, or none at all, I'm Supergirl, I was born in Gotham, and I have every skill ability and talent ever known, or not known. Some might say having many talents and powers is a good thing but as many others have said, it's a curse.
