Things aren't always what they seem. Christians lie, teachers pretend not to see you doing things and cops look the other way. My life has consisted of good for nothing people looking the other way as I'm beaten senseless by my drunkard of a mother or I beat myself up in a different way. They will always tell you people care but the harsh reality is no one does. No one cares about your new clothes, that cute hair cut or even your new baby. Who knows maybe that's just me.
