Left in the Rain

Jeremiah Reese is a 17 year old delinquent that's been charged with an unforgivable crime. However, he has yet to see why what he did was wrong. He's been in jail for almost 5 years and he's finally about to be released....or is he? As a result of the crime, his family has neglected him. He doesn't have anyone to go to once he gets out. Everything has changed since he's been away and he's got a lot of catching up to do. How does such a young soul make it when he's been left in the rain?
