PROLOGUE

Some people join tours para mag-enjoy.

Some travel to escape.

Others travel because they are lost.

But Josh came to El Nido for a reason he could never explain to anyone.

Seven days.

Seven days away from Manila, away from responsibilities, away from the life that slowly felt empty every single day.
