Daisy Castillo is a bubbly person who shines the brightest in every room she's in. But against its light looms a big light hiding in her shadow she feared to express-her undeniable love for her classmate, Shane Domingo, a transwoman with smart, and mature personality.

For years, she's content in admiring her from behind because she knows that if she tells a soul, people will ridicule and asked her what she is but then when we're in our own comforts, fate will always find a way to get us away in our safe haven.

Daisy and Shane are assigned to an advocacy campaign for their final project before their senior year. Forced to work as a team, they build an undeniable synergy, and overtime created a place in each other's life as relevant as they expect it to be.

As their campaign progresses, Daisy unconsciously shows her affection and slowly leaking the light she hides for her. Thus, she needs to be brave because suppressing a love this bright will dim her out-and both of them deserves to step out of their dim.

After all, we deserve Sunshine.
