A Hunter's Lance

Follow with each short story of Hunter, Handler and Plaico as they travel to the New World. Each individual had been picked for the Fith Fleet and now they all travel, explore and investigate every little secret the new continent has to offer. Each challenge and hunt only beings in more questions than they answer for the new and mysterious monsters that lurk in the impossibly large forests; who inhabit curious environments and valleys that are only filled with pure energy.

With new monsters comes new threats that Hunter has to prepare to face. With her trusty lance and field companion, Palico, they charge forward to their new future now joined by a third partner, Handler. Hunter had always disliked working with teams, she only ever liked Palico's support over her years as a hunter in the Old World. Handler, on the other hand, has always adored teamwork and finding use in her position to pursue her own dreams. A dream so easy to achieve when the New World offers so many new spices, herbs and flora but with a partner distent and rushing off on her own path, it was harder to focus than Handler had once expected.

Together they clash and Handler's attempt to learn who exactly Hunter is or what she wants out of the New World often comes up dry. On the other paw, Palico adores the new company, even when their meowster pushes Handler away, they're always there for a good investigation!
