This is just a short little something I wrote on a whim. I've wanted to write about homelessness for a while now, seeing as it is such a widespread and taboo issue, and it was a theme that I thought would be easy for many people to relate to.
I've chosen to leave my main character without a name, age or gender, in the hope of giving the reader a chance to create a version of this character that is their own, thus making them personal and realistic.
Through writing this story, I hope to improve my reader’s knowledge of the struggles and injustice faced by those who are in the position of homelessness, and to perhaps gain a greater understanding of a different viewpoint. Hope you like! :)
