The year is 2513, December. It's been years since the Red Marker was discovered upon Aegis VII, the loss of the USG ISHIMURA and Titan Station. The Marker has been sporadically cloned on planets, followed by an overall expansion of Unitology, spreading like a cancer. Jonah Nomura, a new acolyte to the Church, has been tasked among with several others to a "pilgrimage" to Marker Shroud V on the planet of Oedipus. However, the truth behind the Marker may be more than anyone could have ever hoped to handle.

The LV-1201 Predalien in Dead Space The LV-1201 Predalien, a hybrid born from a Yautja host, introduces a new apex predator to the Dead Space universe. Combining the Xenomorph's adaptability with the Yautja's intelligence and ferocity, this creature operates independently, disrupting the established dynamic between Necromorphs, Unitology, and humanity. Its arrival aboard the USG Ishimura transforms the survival horror into a three-way struggle for dominance, escalating the stakes for Isaac Clarke and all survivors. Chaos on the Ishimura The Predalien views both Necromorphs and humans as prey. Unlike the mindless Necromorphs, it hunts with strategy and intelligence, turning the Ishimura's dark corridors into a deadly hunting ground. The Predalien's ability to reproduce through a Yautja-style ovipositor worsens the crisis. Implanting humans and Necromorphs with its embryos creates horrifying hybrids that challenge the Necromorph life cycle and evolve into new, unpredictable threats. Escalated Threats for Isaac Clarke Isaac's journey becomes even more perilous as he faces a predator capable of outthinking and outmaneuvering him. The Predalien uses environmental hazards to its advantage, forcing Isaac to employ tactical ingenuity instead of brute force. Each encounter is a test of survival and resourcefulness, pushing Isaac to his limits. Disrupting the Marker's Influence The Predalien is immune to the Marker's psychic control, disrupting the Necromorph hive mind and creating chaos within their ranks. Narrative Evolution The introduction of the Predalien reshapes Dead Space into a multidimensional horror. It's no longer a simple battle between man and Necromorphs but a chaotic struggle for survival against a force that threatens to consume all factions. Isaac's mission expands from survival to containing an existential threat that could devastate the galaxy.

Mark Fischbach meets Ethan Nestor when he dies in a sudden car crash, only to wake up in a dark void. A year before this, he was told that he had a year left to live by someone who had also previously died and gone into a similar void. Mark is tasked with guiding Ethan, the only person from the outside world that can see and communicate with him, into accepting that he only has a year left to live. Ethan Nestor, a 17 year old kid who struggles with depression and anxiety along with ADHD, lives a dull life absent of any purpose or motivation. He's convinced himself his life is one without meaning, and that he was born just to be buried. So one day, when he decides to end it all, he is frankly surprised by the sudden apparition of his dead idol, Mark Fischbach, who tells him he has a whole year left to live. Ethan must work with himself to find a meaning to life, and on the way he teaches Mark a thing or two about living as well. Both people are forced to find the perfect balance of life before it's too late, and then pass it on to the rest of the world. TW: Suicide, Bullying, Death, Depression.
