She strives for success (in hopes of being a famous band's photographer someday) by taking whatever opportunity she can to gain experience when shes not working her ass off at a minimum wage paying job.
She goes to local venues in her spare time in hopes to capture some impressive shots. Thats when one day, a new band comes to town: and thats when she gets their guitarist's (Wes Borland) attention.
