A brooding bad boy with a dark side fueled by brokenness, addiction, and bad decisions. His heart is still held hostage by his cold, adrenaline-obsessed ex. Moving on? That's a joke. Willow Andrews, sweet yet scarred, knows nothing but loneliness. Her guardian's abuse has built walls around her heart. Love is a stranger to her, and she's afraid of what she doesn't understand. But something about Ace, the tortured soul next door, draws her in-despite the fear. In a world where love is something they can't quite reach, Ace and Willow collide. It's not about romance, but healing. Can they save each other, or will their pasts break them before they have a chance? The line between magic and misery is thinner than they think-and the change they both desperately need might just be the thing that destroys them, or sets them free.
