Rosie McCaul has always been "too much."
Too loud. Too scattered. Too emotional. Too hard work.
When her relationship in Manchester cracks under the weight of words she can't unhear, Rosie does what she does best, she runs. Straight to London. Straight to space. Straight to someone who has never once made her feel like a problem to solve.
WillNE wasn't supposed to be part of the healing. He was just meant to be a sofa to crash on. A safe place. A friend.
But somewhere between late-night talks, colour-coded whiteboards, post-it notes stuck to kitchen cupboards, and a cat named Echo weaving between their feet, Rosie starts to realise something dangerous.
Will doesn't look at her like she's too much.
