Bethany and her brother, Roger, live in a small and very boring village. An old farmhouse near them is sold and bought by random people. Usually the people who move in are very predictable.
But one day, a more strange pair of neighbours move into the farmhouse. Bethany catches unexpected and strange illnesses when she visits, the neighbours seem to know when Roger cut his hair, and maybe magic is in the mix.
