The kasteye we see on screen isn't really the same behind the scenes, everyone exhausted, struggling, barely even getting out of bed, but still even in those busy and depressing downer days(which to what they call an unproductive day) they still make sure they're healthy and happy, A tired kind of happy. They were aware about alot of things going on though, but they never expected their own anchor Sophia, to break like that. Thinking everything was fine and healthy even though they all knew something was off.

They never even thought about her ever sinking. Because that's what anchors do right? When you drop them, they sink. making the whole boat stop. And people don't realize that it had already sunk until they feel the boat stop, until they see it.
