A lonely gardener sits atop a poisoned world, tending to his family's legacy. He can't imagine a green world where animals roam free of toxic air, but that's exactly what his ancestors envision. Charged with the monumental task of healing a sick planet, he lives his life planting and husbanding the green things that will hopefully one day restore the environment lost. The problem is loneliness has begun to erode his faith in his mission. He would rather suffer in the waste with a companion than struggle alone.
In answer to his silent prayers, a being of legend falls from the heavens and into the center of his life. Mansa dreamt of a wife, but his dreams changed the night the dragon fell...

Unfinished Business

With the help of Willa (her brother's girlfriend and, incidentally, the only living person who has been able to see her so far) and Ethan (a real incel-type that Eve can't stand), Eve races against the clock to kill the monster before it kills her and everyone else in the school. In this novel inspired by works like Beetlejuice and Buffy The Vampire Slayer, an undead teen comes to terms with the world around her, the afterlife, and the reality of herself-- all while trying to stay alive. "A novel about killing the thing that killed you. What does it mean to grieve a life you never got to live? Who do we leave behind? Why is Ethan such a sleazebag?" It's March in Lake Wonder, and something is in the water. It's not Bill Gates or fluoride, though. It's something else. It's something more dead-- and much more deadly. Tiff is a high school senior who is dealing with everything from her Bigfoot obsession to her best friend moving to the Fae World. If there's one thing she needs, it's a distraction from her impending graduation and the opening night of a school musical she's doing light work for. Denny also needs a distraction-- mostly from an anniversary she doesn't want to think about. Working as a janitor and sometime-assistant coach, spending time with her friends, and involuntarily turning into a wolf in the woods can really only do so much to keep her mind off of it. It's good for the both of them, then (and bad for the rest of the town) when something enters the water supply and a rash of illnesses, accidents, and weird deaths takes over the town. Who is Despina Worth and what happened to her? Why is there blue ectoplasm in the sinks at the high school? Why is slightly-renowned podcaster Suzette Sweet interviewing Tiff's aunt? What's with Denny's friend Jessie's cousins? And, most importantly, will the Mop Wizard ever make an appearance before the author inevitably gives up? Something's in the water. Maybe it's someone. (Quick note from the author: There's going to be a lot of weird and potentially bad stuff in this. At the time of writing this note, there's a lot of mentions and depictions of drownings, teen deaths, vomit, abuse and neglect, gore and violent deaths, and probably a few other things that are slipping my mind. Max Rider- A tall handsome guy who tends to keep to himself. He has good grades, works on writing music, and wants to become a singer. However, his parents are divorced, and he just came out to his parents as gay during the summer. Which led to a steamy hook-up with his best friend Jason Hill. Although they only hooked up a month ago, school is starting and he's not ready to face his fear of seeing Jason again. All he wants is love, and to be accepted. But with his hook-up during summer break and the "rumors" about him being gay spreading around... It's hard for him to think he even stands a chance in this world. Alex Samsmith- Just in time to make Max second guess his relationship goals, and who he truly loves. Alex Samsith pops into the picture. A writer, a reader, a polite gentleman, and much more. When Alex and Max meet, things arnt quite great for either of them. But as they see eachother from time to time again, romantic chemistry starts to float in the air. Do they even stand a chance? Or is Jason and Max endgame? Not to mention Alex is part of a Mafia. With the three make ther way to one or the other? Will someone miss out on love? Or will they each go thier sepearte ways?
