Fallback - HfjONE Continuation/AU
Fallback is a continuation of Cheesy Hfj's ONE. It mainly follows Liam as he tries to find a way to free his friends from the Plane after his one informant died. It's up to him and the help of others to try and save as many of them as possible. In the meantime, he has to figure out how to reconcile with Airy, or if he should even give him a chance. The question there is: Can Airy even realize what the weight of what he's done? - Brief mentions of death, drowning, and memory loss. Nothing too major though, but just a heads up. - (Extra notes: Tags are for every character who gets a POV written for them, except for Stone. Lightbulb wakes up in Hotel OJ to find everything... perfect. Too perfect. Everyone's acting like the best possible versions of themselves - Knife is gentle and soft-spoken, Taco and Pickle are happily together with no tension, and Balloon has completely dropped his desperate people-pleasing act. Even MePhone seems more stable and kind. At first, Lightbulb thinks this is amazing! All the conflict and drama that used to stress her out are gone. But something feels fundamentally wrong. The conversations are too polite, the smiles too consistent, and everyone keeps insisting they've "always been this way." When Lightbulb tries to bring up past arguments or drama, everyone looks at her with genuine confusion. "Lightbulb, why would you think Knife ever threatened anyone?" "Taco would never manipulate people, that's such a mean thing to suggest!" They seem genuinely hurt that she'd imply they were ever anything but perfect. She has to choose: pretend to be the "normal" version of herself that they want, or risk everything to restore her friends' true selves. But the more she fights against the artificial normalcy, the more she questions if maybe being "fixed" wouldn't be so bad after all... How will the others at hotel OJ react to the way he acted in bfdi? Well they never needed to because they would never know. Until the day test tube thought it would be a good idea to spilt his personality using radioactive waffles, causing the spilt between his II personality and his Bfdi personality. REWRITING THIS‼️‼️ Octo expansion spoilers!!! Agent 8 has finally defeated TarTar, and has found herself on the surface. She bumps into an inkling boy in Inkopolis, and notice that the boy is Agent 3! Agent 3 was hijacked back in the Deep Sea Metro when she was trying to escape. He has helped Agent 8 regain her memory but her innocence behind the bitterness is vague.
