Showfall realized they had made a mistake when they killed off their hero. Sure, other people could put up a fight, but they had been working with Ranboo for so long that the viewers were used to them. So they went against the audience's wishes, revived him and put them through the wringer again.
But something feels...Strange. The mask keeps malfunctioning no matter how often they fix it, re-wiring it isn't an option (unless they bust the hero's head open again) and the people Ranboo comes into contact with seem to be becoming more self-aware the more time they spend together.
Ranboo's becoming a danger. But they can't kill him off, because the audience will be disappointed and they'll lose viewers.
