Alicent Hightower had always been a dutiful girl. She always listened to her father did what she was told, she did her duty and bore a son. But no Rhaenyra is still heir and not her son. Rhaenyra is still cold with her even when she tries to reach out, she knows she hurt her but she had no say. Now she was sick and fears for the life of her son, so she calls in her closet brother, Ser Gwayne.

Gwayne Hightower has always been close with Alicent, so when she calls for him sick, he comes quick. She begs him to save her son, she feels the Stranger will take her and she does not want her son a puppet like her. She begs him to fake Aegon's death after she dies, a fake fire, say a sellsword came. Just save her son and he promises, then she dies.

Galeia Sommers was the youngest of her sisters. She was still somewhat newly graduated and the owner of her flower shop the "Flowing Meadow" which has been taken off well. She is stubborn and determined woman who will not back down, but she is also kind and empathetic.

So when her sister dies, she goes to helper her other sister Jenna take care of their niece and nephew. But she was not expecting to get dragged into the supernatural world that she had no idea existed.
