Natasha O'Neal and Nathan Heaton were drugged by Natasha step sister, Lisa Wilson. Natasha has always been treated like a maid by her father, Gary Wilson, and her stepmother, Stephanie Wilson, and their daughter, Ana Wilson. Natasha's mother, Frieda Wilson, died many years ago at the hands of Stephanie Fitzpatrick, who's now Stephanie Wilson. Ana and her father meant only Nathan to drink the water that had the drug in it. Nathan was kind enough to pour Natasha some water because she came out of the sun and was thirsty. Natasha was one of the hotels maids. Her father, step mother and half sister found her bed with only her underwear and Nathan in his bamboo heart boxers for Valentine's day his grandmother, Gretchen Heaton had purchased him to wear on Valentine's day. Nathan's parents, Rick and Sally Heaton, were killed by Gary Wilson. Nathan was supposed to have sex with Ana. Ana planted the vial, which still had some of the drug in Natasha's apron. He father slapped her for having sex with the CEO of Heaton Hotels in Ireland. His grandfather left his mother when he was a baby. It's only him, his son Patrick Wilson, and his grandmother, Gretchen Heaton. No one knows Natasha gave birth to his son.
Gretchen and Nathan live in a penthouse in the hotel. Only recently did they find out who killed their parents.
