Coffee, Spells, and Unpaid Rent

Elara Henderson is a world-class sorceress. Unfortunately, "world-class sorceress" doesn't look great on a rental application in downtown Seattle.
By day, she's a barista at The Roasted Bean, hiding her glowing fingertips behind latte art and double-shot espressos. By night, she's a freelance "fixer" for the city's supernatural underground, taking sketchy jobs just to keep the lights on and her landlord, Mr. Henderson (who she's 60% sure is a disgruntled gnome), off her back.
When a high-paying client asks her to track down a stolen artifact-a relic capable of draining the city's magic dry-Elara thinks she's finally found her payday. But with a brooding detective breathing down her neck and her magical battery running on fumes (and way too much caffeine), she realizes that saving the world is a lot harder when you're three days away from an eviction notice.
