Justin Bieber has a goal, to reach 10,000 fans. He's gotten so far, 9,999 fans, and only needs one more before reaching said goal. How he gets the girls? He acts like he falls in love with them. Asks them out, and once they seem to have the fever, he dumps them, but only lightly. To him, this isn't being a player. When he finds the final girl, Olivia, he turns on the charm, and works his magic.
