Boots & Chaps: White Knuckle Rodeo Book 1

When Josh Hunter got out of prison, he gave himself six months to get his life together. When the former soldier was still homeless and jobless at the end of six months, he was ready to end it all until one news article gave him a purpose. While serving his time, he cared for the prison rodeo's horses and learned how to ride to compete in the bareback competition. So when an opportunity to help out at a new horse therapy ranch in Oklahoma presented itself, he considered it a sign.

Mallory Hawkins spent her entire life in Westhaven, OK. She'd spent all that time in love with a man who never even considered her as a potential girlfriend. Now that he's off the market, she knows it's time to move on. When she gets stood up on her first attempt at a date, she wasn't the least bit surprised. She wasn't a thin woman, and guys didn't want a heavy 30-year-old virgin. So when the new guy in town handed her a wad of cash to bid on him at the bachelor's auction, she knew it was just to keep someone else from winning a night with him.

Together they travel the rodeo circuit where they learn just as much about themselves as they do each other.
