REMNANT (Mutants)

In 1920, a catastrophic event occurred when a large meteor made a massive impact, destroying the capital city of New York. Millions were affected, causing mass annihilation and trauma. Over the next few days, something unexpected happened. In the nearest rescue camp, everyone who was part of the event suddenly experienced extreme excruciating pain. Pain so strong and very unstable, causing thousands of people to lose their lives as they could hold no longer.

Despite the trauma, many began to experience such things that are impossible in the naked eye. People who survived began receiving unimaginable powers such as super strength, wings, laser eyes and other remarkable abilities that are now possible in the world.

Yet, people despised the cause of the meteor-little did they know, it has its dark sides where fates are worse than death. A few people began mutating, expecting to be an extraordinary ability, only to be transformed into a terrifying monster that eliminates their sanity-causing massive massacre all around.

Fortunately, amidst the chaos came a shadow organization where they kept anomalies of the world. Anomalies that are far beyond human perspective that require attention and immediate take over. They call themselves the REMNANT-a Registry of Enhanced Mutants, Non-standard Abilities, and Notable Threats. They were everywhere around the world waiting for something that should be out of the open from sight. And for decades, the world evolved to a new yet everyday, piece by piece slowly faded and forgotten.

But for REMNANT?-They own the night.
