Pretend It's Real.

Jimin and Jungkook are cast as lovers in a college play, but while their onstage chemistry is undeniable, their offstage relationship is distant, confusing, and full of unspoken tension. As rehearsals progress, the line between acting and reality begins to blur, and emotions they've both been avoiding start to surface.

What begins as pretending slowly turns into something far more complicated-forcing them to confront feelings they can no longer hide, and question whether what they have is just part of the script... or something real.

However, what they're both unaware of, is they are both pretending differently. Jungkook pretending his touches with Jimin are real. Wishing they were. Jimin pretending their touches mean nothing in order to keep his relationship with Chan. But knowing deep down the lingers of their eyes mean more then they lead on.

"Have you ever thought about it?"

Jimin goes still again. Jungkook closes his eyes for a second. Then looks at him. "Just answer me that."

His voice shakes so badly and nearly disappears. "Have you ever thought about what it would feel like if we weren't acting?"

"I know what it feels like to pretend." Jimin says. "To pretend the touches are just acting. To pretend that the way you're looking at me doesn't mean anything. To go home and replay everything in my head and hate myself right after."

He laughs again, softer this time, broken at the edges. "I thought I was the only one."
